| Surface | The base must be solid, load-bearing, dry, free of cracks and materials (dirt, oil, grease) that would impair adhesion. The surface must be vacuumed, primed and smoothed. Suitable primers and compounds can be found in the UZIN catalog. Test the substrate in accordance with the applicable standard or notices and report any deficiencies. Wait for the primer and leveling compound to dry completely. Technical data sheets for other products used must be observed. |

| Processing | Apply a suitable layer of adhesive to the substrate with a suitable toothed squeegee and allow it to partially dry, depending on the amount applied, the climate in the room, the absorbency of the substrate and the type of floor covering. Do not apply more adhesive than can be used in the working time of the floor covering. Lay the floor covering in a short open time and make sure that the adhesive ridge is squeezed out. Rub or roll and weight any deformation of the floor covering. Ensure that no air is trapped under the floor covering. Allow the surface to rest for 20 minutes before re-coating and rubbing in at the edges and seams. Remove any adhesive residue with water while it is fresh. Apply a suitable layer of adhesive to the substrate with a suitable toothed trowel and allow to partially dry, depending on the amount applied, the climate of the room, the absorbency of the substrate and the type of floor covering. Do not apply more adhesive than can be used in the working time of the floor covering. Lay the floor covering in a short open time and make sure that the adhesive ridge is squeezed out. Rub or roll and weight any deformation of the floor covering. Ensure that no air is trapped under the floor covering. | Usage | The shelf life is 12 months if stored in the original packaging in moderately cool conditions. Resistant to frost up to - 8 °C. Close the opened containers carefully and tightly and use the contents quickly. Wait for the contents to warm to room temperature before use. It is best used between 18 and 25 °C, with a soil temperature above 15 °C and a relative air humidity below 65%. Low temperatures and high air humidity prolong the operating and drying time. High temperatures and low air humidity shorten the operating and drying time. Damp surfaces can cause secondary emissions and odors. Therefore, before applying the glue, make sure that the substrate is dry. Installation on a substrate with remnants of old glue can cause interactions and unpleasant odors. It is best to remove them completely. In all cases, the adhesive residues must be properly treated using primers and a compound of at least 3 mm thickness. Before laying, the floor covering must be properly acclimatized to the indoor climate and without tension. Strong deformations of the ends of the rolls, very raised edges or strong curves must be weighted during gluing. When installing chlorine-free flooring, check the adhesive recommendations (online) or get application advice. When sealing, cleaning and maintaining the floor covering, you can use products from the UZIN Care program (UZIN Basic Cleaner, UZIN Turbo Protect Plus, UZIN Resilient Care, UZIN Refresher).
