Purpose | Universal dispersion adhesive for PVC coverings |
Surface | The substrate must be solid, flat, dry, uncracked, clean and free of stains that impair adhesion. Inspect the substrate according to applicable standards and technical sheets and immediately point out any irregularities. Vacuum the substrate thoroughly, then treat it with primer and leveling compound. Suitable primers and leveling compounds are listed in the UZIN product table. When choosing, take into account the type of base, the type of floor covering and the level of load. Non-absorbent substrates or substrates sensitive to moisture, such as e.g. apply a leveling layer of at least 2 mm on new cast asphalt screeds, at least 1-2 mm of leveling layer on new anhydrite screeds and at least 2 mm of leveling layer on old substrates. The base and leveling layer should dry well. Also refer to the data sheets for all other products used |
Suitable for (space) | for all types of homogeneous and heterogeneous PVC and CV coverings in runners and panels for textile floor coverings based on PVC, latex or polyurethane foam, embossed soft foam and folding panels on absorbent pre-levelled substrates for residential and commercial floors floors with underfloor heating chair loads on rollers according to DIN 12 529 suitable for mechanical cleaning of floor coverings |

Processing | 1. Mix the adhesive well before use and apply it evenly to the substrate with a suitable spatula. 2. Apply only as much glue as you can in the given time of airing and laying the lining, which will form adequate adhesive threads over the entire surface of the back. 3. Place the covering carefully and press it thoroughly over the entire surface onto the substrate. 4. After 10-20 minutes, press again and roll with a suitable roller, especially the joints and uneven parts. Repeat the process if necessary. 5. Weld the laid linings after min. 24 hours. We recommend that you weld the linings only after 2-3 days. 1. Mix the adhesive well before use and apply it evenly to the substrate with a suitable spatula. 2. Usage | The product can be stored for at least 12 months in the original closed packaging in a moderately cool place. The product must not freeze. Close the opened packaging tightly after use and use the product as soon as possible. The product should reach room temperature before use. Ideal working conditions are: temperature between 18 and 25 °C, soil temperature above 15 °C and relative air humidity below 65%. At lower temperatures and higher air humidity, the drying time is longer, and at higher temperatures and lower air humidity, it is shortened. The airing time for wet laying is 5-25 minutes, and 20-35 minutes for receiving PVC coverings. Before gluing, the floor covering must be spread out in order to relax and adapt to the room climate that will prevail during subsequent use. Glue the floor covering in a wet / semi-wet process according to the recommendations, roll it out and process it additionally. In the adhesive gluing process, the glue should be aired for enough time to change its color from creamy white to transparent. Only then lay down the floor covering, roll it up and press it against the length with a felt. In the contact process, apply the adhesive with a notched trowel on one side and with a roller on the other side. The first side should be aired until the glue is transparent, the second side should be semi-wet. Lay the floor covering, roll it up and press it against the base by tamping. In the double-drop process, place the coating on the wet surface and press it by rubbing against the substrate. Immediately scrape it off again and allow the back of the liner and the base to air until noticeable stickiness (finger test). The furrow of the glue must not yet become completely transparent. Then place the lining, roll it up and press it against the base by rubbing. Use water to remove fresh glue stains and to clean work tools immediately after work. The following standards, directives and technical sheets also apply or are specifically recommended: - DIN 18365: "Laying floor coverings" - technical sheet of the Industrial Association for Adhesives "Assessment and preparation of the base - gluing elastic and textile floor coverings" - technical sheet of the Central Association of the German Building Industry (ZDB) "Elastic floor coverings, textile floor coverings and parquet on heated floor structures" - TKB technical sheet "Assessment and preparation of the base for floor coverings and parquet works" - BEB technical sheet "Assessment and preparation of the base" - TKB technical sheet "Gluing PVC floor coverings" - TKB technical sheet "Gluing elastic floor coverings" The product can be stored for at least 12 months in the original closed packaging in a moderately cool place.
